
I began tracking my workouts in 2009 with a workout app. This year my volume jumped by 250,000 pounds for a total of 4,750,000 pounds from 1/5/10 until yesterday. A good portion of that volume was from heavy squats. Happy New Year

We have received a lot of requests to show Josh's Buff butt out of his wrestling singlet so in honor of our 1000th post and after a heavy set of squats here you go.

Get your Big Guns by working your Arms at least twice a week, hiting at least 25 reps using Moderate to Heavy weights with short rest periods. Execute your Lifts in a Controlled Manner and your guns will grow.
